At least 5 years experience in IC layout design;

Bachelor degree in electronics engineering;

Good at Bipolar/CMOS/DMOS technology and relevant devices;

Familiar with analog circuit.

Mastering the EDA tools such as Cadence Dracula;

Good commands of English.

• Work with DE to complete layout floor planning.
• Work with DE to realize efficient, compact and reliable layout of IC designs, free of DRC and LVS errors and on schedule.
• Support DE solve potential failure mode analysis such as ESD, Latch up, noise.
• Follow layout checklist and requirements defined in development procedure for layout design quality.

B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics is preferred.

At least 3 years of working experience in the design of switching mode power systems, DC/DC converter or other analog circuitry.

A solid understanding of fundamental theories on power electronics and system application of end customers.

Familiar with the system application of most popular power managements ICs.

Familiar with at least on schematic/PCB tool and one simulation software.

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.

Good written and verbal English.

Self-motivated for achieving excellence.

Good in team work.

Perform definition of analog IC product after investigating the requirements of end customers and studying the products of competitors.

Evaluate the engineering samples of new products based on the device level and the system level.

Prepare technical materials, demo prototypes or total system solution for new product promotion.Work with FAE to solve system application related issues in end customers side .

Develop and maintain a solid understanding of system application of end customers and competitors as the product SE owner.

Must have MS or a higher degree in microelectronics-related filed;

More than 5 years design experiences in CMOS analog circuit;

Design experiences include, but not limited to CMOS LDO;

Experienced in the management of product development cycle from definition through production;

Self-motivated and energetic to manage projects and team members;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Affluent English in reading and writing.

Perform circuit design, analysis and simulation/verification to meet product specifications and application requirements;

Work with project leaders to complete the project accurately and timely from product definition throughout mass production;

Support project leaders to interface and coordinate with other departments related to IC development;

Provide necessary technical support to layout designers;
Participate in product evaluation work;

Continuously acquire advanced technical skills and design methodology.
